If you found one day or more that you would like to book is being occupied, you can follow the steps below:

• Send your request in detail to eLog Inn through email 

• eLog Inn will help to find the available room which can fulfill the missing day(s) from another hostel near to eLog Inn (e.g. next building) so that it fits your schedule.

• Once the available room is found, eLog Inn send back the email together with rate & room details.

• If you confirm everything is okay, eLog Inn will help to reserve the rooms in both eLog Inn & another hostel and send the paypal bill to you.

• You can then settle the payment within 48 hours, otherwise, the booking is cancelled and the rooms are released again.

• After the payment is settled, you reservation is completed.

Other terms and conditions:

• Customer has to book at least one room for one day or more from eLog Inn.

• eLog Inn try to find the rooms/hostels that has similar grade to eLog Inn.eLog Inn is not responsible for any troubles or disputes from the other hostels. Customer agrees eLog Inn arrangement once the payment is done.

• Customers should take their luggage with them while switching to another hostel. In case luggage is requested to be stored in eLog Inn, it is subjected to eLog Inn availability and decision.

• Full payment is reqired for the reservation.

• No amendment or refund is allowed after payment is settled.

• eLog Inn reserves the rights to make the final decision in case of any disputes.
